This Privacy Policy explains the privacy practices used for the data collected by the Two Minute Tango app. To the extent there are terms that conflict, this Privacy Policy controls.
The Two Minute Tango application does not collect any personal information upon use of the offline functionality of the app. The user accounts created using the user’s name and surname are stored on the device.
Upon registration for the online functionality of the app, we ask for personal information like first and last name, username, province, school, and grade. We also collect additional information such as the user’s progress in the app and certain device information including manufacturer and Android version.
We collect information about the date and time an online account is created by a user as well as details about the device used to register the account.
We collect information about the user’s performance within the app, such as their current best score and their current level in the different sections of the app. This information is only collected when the user agrees to share data with us and registers an online account.
No location data is explicitly collected and stored by our app or services; however, IP addresses may be logged when online services are used. The personal information collected by the application is stored in several forms, including cookies, pixel tags, local storage, such as browser web storage or application data caches, databases, and server logs. We do not require you to provide more personal information than is reasonably necessary to use the functionality of the application.
We collect information in order to improve the quality of our app and provide quality content. The information collected, and by extension, how it is used, is dependent on the functionality of the application used by the user.
We use the name and surname provided during offline registration to help the user identify their account when multiple accounts are created locally on a single device allowing each user to track their own progress.
We use the information provided during online registration to identify unique application users and track their progress, as well as analyse this data to determine the age groups and demographics of our users.
We use different technologies to process your information. We use automated systems that analyse content to help us detect abuse such as spam, and illegal content. We also use algorithms to recognize patterns in data. When we detect spam or other forms of abuse on our systems in violation of our policies, we may reserve the right to disable the user’s account or take other appropriate action.
We use the data collected from the application at various points to determine how best to improve our services, understand how our services are being used, and to improve academic and technical support when requested via official channels.
In addition, we may combine the information we collect among our services and across other devices for the purposes described above.
Information we collect may be shared outside of OLICO Maths Education and Eucleia in limited circumstances. We do not share personal information with companies, organizations, and individuals outside of our organizations except in the following cases:

We provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy, the general Eucleia Privacy Policy, and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of our organizations if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

• detect, prevent, or otherwise address security or technical issues
• detect system abuse and enact preventative measures
• detect, prevent, or otherwise address security or technical issues
• protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of OLICO Maths Education, our partners, our users or the public as required or permitted by law. We may also share other non-personal information, such as usage trends, publicly and with our partners. we share information publicly to show trends which demonstrate the effectiveness of our programs. We also allow specific partners to collect information from devices for advertising and measurement purposes using their own cookies or similar technologies, for example Facebook App ads.
Selected user information can be accessed via the profile section of the online section of the application. This information can be transferred to a new device within the profile section of the application.
If at any point you wish to stop collection of data you can simply delete your account from the settings page of the application or reset your progress to clear currently saved local data.
Should you wish to remove data from our servers please request the removal of all data via official channels and this data will be removed from our databases and servers within a reasonable time period.
